Legacy Compatibility

We recognise in many instances that businesses have expended significant sums on traditional telecoms infrastructure. In some cases, it's not possible to upgrade the equipment to become IP compatible. Rather than propose a costly replacement, in many cases we can use a conversion-router such as the Samsung UBIGATE, to create the IP access layer.

Extensive Peering

aql have extensive peering arrangements with many of the UK's dsl providers either via resilient private circuits or over one of the UK's leading peering access points. This means that our voice delivery is low latency and low jitter. If you are in the process of choosing a connectivity partner, please engage us in the process and we can ensure that the necessary peering is in place - we have a proactive approach to peering - if the peering hasn't been built, we build it.

Our TDM network spans several UK sites and is based upon a multi-site resilient architecture using TELES core switching nodes, supported on a multi-vendor (cisco, juniper) routing and IP switching fabric.
